Surveying in Lake County for over 23 years has allowed me to become very familiar with most parts of the county. My practice is in the city of Lakeport, the county seat of Lake County, the home of all the land records for Lake County and is where the Community Development Department is located.

We realize a boundary survey is probably a once in a lifetime venture for most property owners. We want to make sure that the deliverables meet your needs and expectations.
Site Plan
A good site plan will show all the features of the property such as the slope, drainage, roadway and utilities.
Parcel Map
If you are looking to split your property into 4 or fewer parcels, we can assist with the process supplying you with a Tentative Parcel Map for submitting with your application and a Final Parcel Map after approval.
